COVID-19 UPDATE AND INFORMATION:
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, CorePlus is taking the following measures to continue to meet your financial needs while at the same time ensuring the health and safety of our Members and employees.
- Our East Lyme Branch lobby will be closed beginning March 18, 2020.
- All other CPCU branch lobbies will be closed beginning March 20, 2020.
- All drive–up lanes will be open with extended hours;
- Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, and Saturdays 8:00am-1:00pm,
- The Pawcatuck branch does not have a drive-up, however there is a walk-up service window that will be open during our standard business hours.
- The Foxwoods and Groton Branches will be closed.
Branch lobbies will be closed for a minimum period of two weeks. We will notify members via email, social media and the CorePlus website, www.coreplus.org, of anticipated re-open dates once they become available.
- Our Communication Center will remain open for regular business hours. Members in need of a loan can contact us at (860) 886-0576 or apply online at coreplus.org. Most consumer loans can be completed electronically with funds deposited to your account. Real estate loans requiring an in-person closing will be done on an appointment basis.
- Members needing access to a safe deposit box can contact our Communications Center to schedule an appointment.
ATMS AND ONLINE SERVICES
Branch ATMs and night drop services are available 24 hours a day. Our ATM’s located at Norwich City Hall and Norwich Public Utilities will be unavailable as both locations are closed.

- Members are encouraged to utilize our online services for the safest and easiest way to access your accounts. Download our mobile app at: Apple App Store for Apple iOS® users, or at the Google Play® Store for Android® users.

Online services include:
- e-Open and i-Open (open new accounts, add additional savings or certificate of deposit accounts)
- Online Banking
- Bill Pay Service
- Remote Deposit Capture (take a picture of your check using your smart phone to deposit into your account)
- Loan Applications
- Mortgage Applications
- Loan Payments
