Branch Lobby Closure Update
Due to COVID-19 related staffing challenges our Foxwoods and Groton Branches are temporarily closed. The ATM’s and night drop’s will be serviced daily.
Dear CPCU Members
Effective October 29, 2020, we closed our Norwich, and Waterford Branch Lobbies due to the increasing number of COVID 19 cases in our operating area. On November 2nd we closed additional lobbies. As a community partner, we have opted to make this decision in the best interest of member safety as well as the safety of our employees and their families. CorePlus management is monitoring the number of active cases as well as the number of cases per 100,000 throughout our Eastern Connecticut Service Area as reported by the State of Connecticut. CPCU will also be utilizing this data to make the decision to reopen, once numbers improve. We wish to remind members that CPCU has invested in the latest technology so that members can conduct all of their banking needs from the safety of their own home. Please be on the lookout for regular updates on what we have to offer or reach out to us by phone, text or email (see below). Below is information on the services available at each of our locations, effective October 29, 2020 and November 2nd.
LOBBY CLOSURES
· Norwich, Waterford, East Lyme, Plainfield: Drive-up lanes are open standard hours.
· Groton: Walk-up window service open
· Pawcatuck: Outside walk-up service windows open.
· Foxwoods: Closed
For more complex transactions, and safe deposit access we will be allowing branch visits by appointment only. To make an appointment, please call us at 860-886-0576.
Online services, branch ATM’s and night drop services are available 24 hours a day.
*Please note that our Backus Hospital, Norwich Public Utilities, and City Hall ATM’s are out of service at this time.

Our Communication Center is open during regular business hours. Members in need of a loan can contact us at (860) 886-0576 or apply online at coreplus.org. Most consumer loans can be completed electronically with funds deposited to your account.
Members have access to 30,000 fee-free ATMs nationwide. Find locations at www.co-opnetwork.org.
We will notify members via email, social media and the CorePlus website of changes to branch hours or in-person services as they become available.
