Data Center Migration—Downtime for iBanking Online Statements.

Heads up! Data Migration ahead. CPCU members will NOT have access to online statements through iBanking. Due to our online statements service provider migrating their Data Center to a new state of the art facility. For the past few months teams have been working diligently on this project. Completing the final movement will require an extended downtime of their system.

Planned downtime is as follows:

  • Begin – Friday, June 7 at 11pm Eastern
  • End – Sunday, June 9 at 5pm Eastern

Access for online statements will be unavailable during this time. They will have a full team working on this, including individuals from all phases of the business for testing after the move has been completed.
