Employee Spotlight: Meg Martellotta

It is our pleasure to announce that Meg Martellotta, Retail Operations Manager has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Retail Operations. Meg holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications and Public Relations from Worcester State College.

She started her CPCU career in 2012, as a consumer loan producer at our “Loan Zone”. Her success in that area launched her career in branch management.  She played an integral role in expanding CPCU’s reach with our Walmart offices in the northeast.

Meg’s credit union journey led her to expand her leadership knowledge in 2018, when she became a graduate of the Connecticut Credit Union League Executive Management program. She currently holds the office of Vice President of the Eastern Chapter of Connecticut Credit Union League, continuing her dedication to the movement and CPCU.

Meg has held positions of increased responsibility at CPCU and has become a catalyst for a culture of quality service and employee engagement. In her new position, she’ll continue to make a difference at CPCU by facilitating an environment that fosters the development of the team.
