There are important changes to your mortgage payment processing. As you know, we share servicing with Neighborhood Mortgage Solutions (NMS). In order to better service you, CPCU has moved to an enhanced mortgage servicing program. This program is better designed to meet your complete mortgage servicing needs, including the ability to make payments to your mortgage from any financial institution, set up recurring automatic payments, view and print 1098 mortgage interest statements, view your escrow payment history and so much more! With this servicing platform change, our payment processes will be changing, effective May 1, 2017.
