A Spirit of Community
CorePlus Credit Union is a financial services cooperative headquartered in Norwich, Connecticut. It is committed to giving back to the communities it serves through its philanthropic program.
As an example, in 2019, CorePlus employees donated over $100,000 to local charities through the Employee Charitable Account Donations program. The credit union also provides annual support to a variety of organizations, including the American Diabetes Association, the American Cancer Society, and the American Heart Association.
CorePlus is also a strong supporter of education, providing scholarships to students at Norwich Free Academy, Three Rivers Community College, and Waterford Country School. The credit union also supports literacy programs and other educational initiatives.
In addition to its financial support, CorePlus employees also volunteer their time to local organizations. In 2019, employees volunteered over 10,000 hours to their communities.
