Placing a travel notice on your account helps ensure your debit and works smoothly while you’re away. By letting us know your travel plans in advance, you can swipe with confidence, stay protected, and focus on making memories instead of worrying about your debit card.

Adding a travel notification to your account ensures your debit card works seamlessly while you’re away. Without this notice, our fraud protection system may temporarily block your card to safeguard your account.

Placing a Travel Notification

You can place a Travel Notification by visiting a branch, calling or texting our Call Center at 860-886-0576 or using Online Banking.

To enter a Travel Notification in Online Banking:

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Click Person Icon
  • Click Banking Services
  • Click Secure Forms
  • Scroll Down to “Contact and Travel Forms”
  • Click Travel Notification
  • Input Requested Information (Debit Card Number, Travel Start and End Dates, and Destination(s))
  • Submit

If your debit or credit card is declined while you’re traveling, please call the number on the back of the card for immediate service.*
