- Review cleared check images
- Confirm mailed payments arrived
- Set up transaction alerts
- Track check numbers
- Watch for duplicate check numbers
- Review low balance alerts
- Report suspicious activity immediately
- Confirm funds are fully cleared before using or transferring any money
