You told us you wanted a faster, smarter, and more secure way to manage your money, and we’ve been working hard to deliver just that.
CorePlus is proud to announce a brand-new digital banking experience launching June 30, 2026, built around what matters most to you.
What You Need to Do
- Verify Your Contact Information:
Please log in to your current online banking portal today to confirm your mailing address and email
are up to date. This ensures that you receive all critical communications before and after the upgrade.
Incorrect contact details could mean missing important instructions. - Review scheduled recurring external transfers (SRTs) for online banking.
We have done everything possible to convert your SRTs. To verify their accuracy, please do the following:
a) Please make note of all current incoming and outgoing SRT’s, PRIOR to June 25, 2026.
Noting the accounts debited and credited the amount, frequency and last transfer date.
b) Once you enter into the new online banking system, please validate all the SRT’s setup for your accounts.
c) If you have any missing or incorrect SRT’S, please contact our call center or come into a branch for assistance with setting up or correcting any item. - Prepare for first-time enrollment:
On June 30, you will log in using your current username and password.
You will then be prompted to create a new password by simply following the on-screen instructions.
If you’ve forgotten your current login credentials, please contact us before June 30 so we can assist you in advance. - Download Our New App:
After 4pm on Friday, June 26, please delete the app from your phone.
The current app will no longer support online banking.
Our new mobile banking app will be available for download in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on the morning of June 30.
What You Need to Know
Online banking, mobile banking and the mobile app will be unavailable beginning 3:00pm on Friday, June 26.
Access to Bill Pay will be removed at 3:00pm on Thursday, June 25 and unavailable until Tuesday, June 30.
All scheduled bill payments for Friday, June 26 thru Monday, June 29 will process. Any changes, updates or additions must be made before 3:00pm on Thursday, June 25.
During this time, members will be able to conduct banking transactions at the branches or by calling the communications center during regular business hours on Saturday, June 27 and Monday, June 29. For added support, the communications center, available at 860-886-0576, will remain open until 3:00pm on Saturday, June 27.
External transfers scheduled for June 26 thru June 29 will process. Please see additional information regarding your SRTs on the back of this page under What You Need To Do.
Online Banking and the Mobile App are scheduled to return on the morning of Tuesday, June 30. You may not have access to Bill Pay until Wednesday, July 1. Scheduled payments for Tuesday, June 30 will process.
For online banking assistance our communications center can be reached at 855-259-5109 from 9am-4:30pm Monday through Thursday and 9am-5:30pm on Friday.
Additional support staff will be available in our branches for in-person assistance during regular business hours.

If you have an existing account, the first time you log into our enhanced digital banking application will be a simple process. You can expect the login process to be the same, whether you are on desktop or mobile.
To get started, visit your app store to get the most updated version of the new digital banking application.
- Once the app is open, enter in your current digital banking username and password and tap login.
- The mobile app will prompt you to create a new password.
- Read the disclosure and check the box next to I agree, then select continue.
- Select a delivery method to receive a temporary passcode, then select continue.
- Select the delivery method of your choice to receive a temporary passcode, then select continue.
- Once you have received your one-time passcode, enter it into the field provided, then click verify.
- Now create a new password ensuring it meets all necessary requirements in order to keep your account secure.
From here, the mobile app will complete your login process and take you to your accounts.
- Navigate to the login area.
- Click on the login button and click “Forgot Password?” located under the login box.
- Agree to the password safety guidelines and click continue.
- Confirm your identity. You will need your username, social security number and zip code.
- Select the method by which you would like to receive your temporary password.
- Enter your username.
- Enter the temporary password you receive. This password is good for 24 hours.
- Create your new password.
After you have logged in for the first time and updated your password, go to “Settings” located under your name in the top right corner. Select “Security” and make your changes. You can update your username and/or password and manage multi-factor authentication options.
To access online banking, use Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. Please make sure to disable pop-up blockers, as those will limit access to some online banking functions.
