The Nominating Committee, consisting of Directors Nancy Bulkeley, David Moorehead, Louis Fusaro, Sr., and Kenneth Levy has presented its report of nominees for the Board of Directors in accordance with the bylaws of CorePlus Federal Credit Union. The following individuals have been nominated for election.
Three Year Term
Kyle Dykes – With over 12 years of public accounting experience in Atlanta, GA, and Providence, RI in financial statement audit practice, Kyle primarily worked with publicly traded software, healthcare, and financial service institutions evaluating internal controls, reviewing financial statements and disclosures, and presenting audit findings to Board of Directors. He has recently served on the Board of Directors for the Baptist Foundation of New England and the Ledyard Inter-Church Emergency Assistance Fund here in Connecticut. Kyle is also the lead pastor at Gallup Hill Baptist Church.
Jesse Luis – As Vice President of Development for Foxwoods Resort Casino, his primary role is overseeing and executing resort development initiatives, as well as, expanding the Foxwoods brand both nationally and internationally. Mr. Luis has over 30 years of hospitality industry experience and has done over $2 Billion in hotel real estate acquisitions and development throughout the United States. He holds a law degree from Rutgers School of Law-Newark, a Master’s in Business Administration from Rutgers Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
Election and Meeting
Having met the bylaw provisions that at least one nomination be made for each vacant position, there will be no nomination(s) from the floor. No petition nominations having been received the election will be a single vote cast by the secretary in acclamation and will not be conducted by ballot.
